What Will I Be Doing?
As Catering Manager, you will be responsible for developing market segments, soliciting new customer relationships, and negotiating business through proposals and contracts. Your role will involve designing creative menus and events to maximize both revenue and guest satisfaction while maintaining relationships with corporate and social accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, plan, and prioritize tasks by developing detailed plans and goals.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to set and meet expectations.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of job systems, products, and processes.
• Resolve conflicts, handle complaints, and negotiate with others to settle disputes.
• Influence and sell to both internal and external clients to drive business.
• Make decisions by analyzing issues and determining the best solutions.
• Deliver high-quality service by understanding guest needs and providing guidance to the team.
• Participate in customer site inspections and support the sales process as needed.
• Perform other duties as required based on business needs.
• Ensure consistent attendance and engagement in all necessary tasks.
