RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Dispatching & coordination/scheduling of trucks on J.I.T. delivery schedule


• Order Entry


• Coordinate pick- up and delivery of freight with internal and external customers.


• Handle all communication internally and externally


• Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, and process


• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, or process, and Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels


• Work with Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel), TruckMate, and other related duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dispatch Experience (J.I.T. experience is an asset)


• Experience working with the TMS system


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Work effectively both independently and as a member of the team
