My client is a dynamic real estate development company committed to excellence and innovation.
They are currently looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join the team. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will also support other members of the leadership team in all areas of administration. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working within the real estate industry.



Your new role



  • Document Preparation and Processing: Prepare and process various documents with precision, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained and documentation is accurately filed in compliance with regulations. This includes tracking the company's tax notices.


  • Administrative Support: Collaborate with the Operations Manager to support the entry and maintenance of the Investor Relations and client information database.


  • Office Management Assistance: Work closely with the Office Manager to manage office supplies, liaise with vendors, and handle general day-to-day upkeep.


  • Ad Hoc Project Support: Assist the CFO with a range of ad hoc projects, ensuring meticulous attention to deadlines and delivering high-quality results.


  • File Maintenance: Maintain and organize company files, including annual reports, acquisition documentation, state filings, tax returns, etc.


  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for various ad hoc projects and assist with other assignments as requested by the Operations Manager and upper management.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of real estate administration experience

  • Must be proficient in Yardi and have advanced Excel skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Solid understanding of real estate transactions.

  • The ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive materials.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
