Job Description Summary

The Asset Management Business Analyst will work closely with the department’s management team to implement process improvements, document business processes, and support business initiatives. This position will be responsible for supporting the implementation and testing of technology solutions and system enhancements. This role will also be responsible for creating various management reports and analyzing department trends and KRIs.

What You’ll Do


  • Develop, recommend, and implement process improvements to reduce costs,  improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.

  • Develop relevant, timely reporting to support business needs; analyze trends.

  • Provide support during the design, development, testing, & production phases of system enhancements and defect resolution.  Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.  Troubleshoot system or process related issues.

  • Document and standardize current and future business processes.

  • Support short- and long-term business initiatives by participating in cross-functional meetings and project teams.

Knowledge/Skills/Background/Experience


  • 3-5 years of experience dealing with reporting, business analysis, and process improvement

  • Previous collections experience in Premium Finance, Financial Services or Insurance is preferred
