We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team of a leading South Bay Area law firm. The team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities.


About You
* You have 2+ years of complex commercial litigation experience, including very strong research, writing and advocacy writing skills;
* You have case management experience, extensive experience with discovery, have taken the lead in oral arguments, taken/defended depositions, and ideally have participated in trial preparation and taken witnesses at trial;
* You have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; and
* You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials and are admitted in (and in good standing with) California.
