This position provides assessment of emergency roadside service providers and contractors as well as ensures AAA quality standards are adhered to.


What you'll do:


Update, maintain and prepare new training material for providers and contractors.

Collaborate with District Automotive Managers to maintain and enhance relationships with AAA providers.

Evaluate providers and contractors to ensure their performance and equipment adheres to AAA standards to ensure members continue to receive proper service.

Provides inputs and solutions for provider troubleshooting.

Educates providers and contractors on best practices for AAA customer service.

Serve as subject matter expert for AAA during field visits to providers and contractors to enhance their service skills and product knowledge.

Assess providers and contractors on an ongoing basis to assist in determining if they should remain a AAA partner.

Contributes to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions, positive contributions, and active collaboration to achieve department and organizational goals.

Incorporates AAA's vision, mission and values in day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to AAA's vision mission and values.


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

None


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:


High school diploma or GED

3+ years' experience in automotive industry

3+ years' experience in customer service

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Master Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification

Current knowledge of road service and towing operations best practices

Field training or mechanical shop experience CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Valid driver's license

Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to speak effectively before groups of manager, clients or employees of organization.

Ability to address multiple demands and competing priorities in a changing environment.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing, including effective use of listening skills.

SALARY RANGE:


Annualized target hiring salary range for the position is $77,100 to $88,650 and offer rate is based on experience.


WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to hazardous materials. May work around moving objects or vehicles and will need to be aware of surroundings for personal safety.
