Job Description:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all on-site operations for construction projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Implementing and monitoring safety policies


• Managing the overall project schedule


• Determining construction methods


• Scheduling and supervising subcontractor work


• Developing and maintaining site logistics


• Ensuring quality control


• Maintaining cost control

This position reports to the Project Manager.


Experience Required:

• Multi-story light-gauged steel & CMU construction.
