Location/Hours



We are located at 250 Paradise Rd, Swampscott, MA 01907. As a Family Medicine office, we provide physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for all ages, from infants through adults. We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Nurse Practitioner to join our team. This NP's weekly schedule will be as follows:


o Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays: 8:00am to 5:00pm (clinical)


o Tuesdays: 9:00am to 6:00pm (clinical)


o Thursdays: 8:00am to 12:00pm (clinical) and 1:00pm to 5:00pm (remote admin)


o Saturdays: 9:00am to 1:00pm (clinical) **rotating - 1 in 6

Qualifications

Education

• Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's degree



Licensure

• Required: Current Massachusetts state license as a Nurse Practitioner


Experience

• Preferred: Experience working as a Nurse Practitioner within a primary care setting
