Your new role


  • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate vetting, interview coordination, and employment contracts

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

  • Support orientation and onboarding activities

  • Assist with benefits administration

  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  • Handle general administrative duties related to HR functions


What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area

  • 4+ years' of experience working in Human Resources

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Prior experience in HR or administrative work is crucial
