We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional to support our recruiting efforts, focusing on exempt and niche roles. If you are passionate about networking and building partnerships with business leaders, candidates, and industry groups, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs.
Conduct strategy calls and determine selection criteria.
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms, professional networks), sourcing platforms, and responses to posted positions.
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create impactful job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
Participate in employer branding initiatives.
Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, education partners, and business leaders.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role.
Proficient with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.).
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong sourcing and presentation skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
