Job Description:
As a Technology Business Systems Consultant, you will:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning.
Review and analyze multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design, or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education.
Ability to define and lead/support detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
Experience in leading project or systems documentation, and monitoring and managing project schedules and deliverables.
Proven ability to collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
Strong communication and information flow skills between business and technology teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
10+ years of experience in business systems analysis/requirements, design, or a combination of both.
5+ years of experience in product development or product management.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
3+ years of strategic planning experience.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with platforms generating loan closing packages.
Experience with document management, including image, retention, and storage.
2+ years of commercial banking or loan experience.
