Consult and Participate: Engage in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Scrum or Agile frameworks. Contribute to large-scale planning related to Scrum Master deliverables.
Analyze and Review: Evaluate and address moderately complex Scrum Master challenges, requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors.
Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving moderately complex issues, consulting with team members to meet Scrum Master deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with client personnel to ensure successful project outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Scrum or Agile environments, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military service, or education.
