Salary: $90,000.00 USD Annually - $100,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
JDP is seeking a Senior Corporate Accountant for a client in the Denver, CO area.
This is a full time on-site position.
Responsibilities:
- SEC filings on Forms 10-Q and K including financial statements and disclosures

Preparation corporate journal entries and account reconciliations in a large, complex and fast-paced organization (intercompany transactions, IFRS-to-GAAP adjustments, purchase accounting adjustments, pension.)
- Month-end ledge closing process
- Data accumulation of balance sheet and income statement accounts to ensure timely financial reporting
- Review trial balances and other financial reporting schedules
- Prepare quarterly financial statements and disclose requirements
- Assist with quarterly reviews and audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience
- General ledger knowledge in consolidation accounting including eliminations and foreign currency translation
- SAP experience a plus
- Strong US GAAP reporting knowledge
