Johnsonville, LLC Packaging Part Time 2nd Shift Pay Range: $24.76/hr - $25.73/hr+ $1.50 Shift Premium Hours: 2:00pm - 10:45pm, Friday plus two additional days (Flexibility on two days and possible weekends as production demands) (not to exceed 29 hours per week). Responsibilities:
Prepare all products for packaging (cutting/ peeling)
Prep all equipment for production
Report any defective product to line leaders
Report any defective machinery to line leaders and maintenance
Wipe Condensation as needed
Know and follow all Johnsonville safety protocols
Skills and Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong math skills are required
Must be able to complete production, food safety and quality documentation paperwork accurately
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
Must be able to maintain all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs )
Must be able to actively participate in a team environment
Basic computer skills needed
Willing to work in a refrigerated environment (less than 40 degrees)
Must have the ability to maintain a cooperative and positive attitude on the job
