Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager for Social Creative Content. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to craft creative content strategy for always-on content across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of beauty culture and a proven track record in brand building and brand narratives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Director of Social Creative to develop content strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.
- Simplify business priorities and briefs into repeatable and ownable franchises, series, and tactics to brief creative production.
- Provide creative direction for both visual and editorial content, ensuring the best creative output.
- Navigate at the speed of social and culture, ideating in real-time.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional social media experience.
- Previous experience as an Art Director or Creative Director
- Proven experience in content, editorial, and/or creative strategy.
- Dedicated social media experience
- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and/or retail industry.
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Threads, and Pinterest.
