Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse



Duties & Responsibilities: Home Health Registered Nurse sought for 13 week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x8 days, Monday-Friday, with some on call coverage preferred for weekends. The coverage area is the peninsula and greater San Jose including Los Gatos, Saratoga, Cupertino, Sunny Vale, and Santa Clara for day-to-day visits. On call weekends would also include Fremont down to Gilroy. There is a minimum productivity expectation of 30 points per 40 hour week.



Minimum Requirements:

• CA RN license


• 1+ year home health experience


• BLS
