Wood is seeking an "Expression of Interest" for a highly skilled and experienced Crane & Rigging Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for a long-term LNG terminal maintenance project in Brownsville, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cranes and rigging team, ensuring safe and efficient lifting and hoisting operations, and maintaining compliance with all relevant procedures and regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision: Lead and supervise the cranes and rigging team, reporting directly to the Owner Maintenance Services Superintendent.
Lift Plans: Develop comprehensive lift plans for all lifting and hoisting operations.
Daily Operations: Conduct daily pre-starts and toolbox talks to ensure team readiness and safety.
Scheduling: Ensure the execution of scheduled tasks and compliance with project timelines.
Incident Investigation: Provide inputs and support for incident investigations.
CMMS Updates: Maintain and update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) with accurate data.
Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and project requirements.
Equipment Management: Oversee the management, certification, and accountability of all cranes and rigging equipment.
Procedure Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to all procedures and processes by the team.
Performance Management: Monitor and manage the performance of the cranes and rigging team.
Timekeeping: Handle time writing and timesheet management for the team.

Certifications:
NCCCO Lift Director
NCCCO Rigger Level II
NCCER Mobile Crane Operations or equivalent NCCCO certification
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in a Maintenance Supervisor role, preferably in a similar industry.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and supervisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in developing and implementing lift plans
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Experience with CMMS and other maintenance management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
