Work Schedule:

80% FTE, day shift. No weekend/no holidays. You will work primarily onsite 3-4 days per week at University Hospital located in Madison, WI.

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:


  • Be a liaison with a multidisciplinary team of professionals in Laser Lead Extraction Program at UW Health.
  • Work as part of a team for program growth and strategic planning.
  • Coordinate patient care with referring providers.
  • Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure and post-procedure care in the EP lab at University Hospital.
  • Assist with team lead responsibilities in the EP lab.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
  • Master's Degree in business administration, management, public health, or related field Preferred

Work Experience


  • 3 years of work experience in a health care setting Required
  • Experience leading programs and/or project with teams Required
  • Experience in Cardiology and Surgery program development. Knowledge and experience in development, implementation and evaluation of clinical programs Preferred

Licenses & Certifications


  • Licensed as RN in State of WI Required
