We seek an experienced RF Solder/Assembler for the assembly of miniaturized electronics in Hybrids, Multi-chip Modules, and RF modules on a direct hire/permanent basis. The ideal candidate possesses advanced soldering skills and precision in microwave assembly.

Responsibilities:
Assemble and solder miniaturized electronic components
Interpret complex engineering drawings and schematics
Operate various soldering equipment and tools
Perform quality control checks and troubleshooting
Adhere to IPC 610, J STD 100, and MIL 883 standards
Qualifications:
Advanced electronics assembly/solder experience
Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 (preferred)
Experience working under a microscope
