Job Title: AR Construction/Contract Billing Specialist
Position Type: Temp-Hire, Full-Time
Location: In-office - Anaheim, CA
Compensation: $28-33 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated AR Construction Billing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in construction or contract billing and will be able to seamlessly manage billing functions with minimal training. This role involves working closely with our AR Collections Specialist and requires someone with a strong attention to detail, persistence, and the ability to maintain positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all construction, contract, and service billing activities
Collaborate with AR Collections Specialist to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Take initiative in managing accounts and resolving billing discrepancies
Utilize Excel and Sage 100 Contractor software to manage billing processes (preferred, not required)
Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Perform contract/SOV billing using AIA forms
Requirements:
2-3 years of AR experience in construction, contract, or maintenance billing (required)
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Sage 100 Contractor preferred
Experience with contract/SOV billing using AIA forms
Strong problem-solving skills, with the persistence to chase down billing issues
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
