We are seeking motivated and curious Support Analysts to join our Client Billing team. The department handles Billing, Reporting, and Cash Applications, focusing on invoicing and revenue collection across all entities.

Payrate: $28
Hours:8 AM- 5PM
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Centralized Email Inbox: respond to or distribute incoming emails.
Distribute 3,500+ monthly/quarterly client invoices via email, mail, payment portal, and fax.
Support billing administration tasks:
Enter third-party data.
Update client billing contacts.
Monitor invoice workflows with Account Managers.
Manage phone lines, schedule meetings, and organize events.
Prepare agendas, expense reports, and code expenses in Readsoft.
Assist with audits and provide documentation.
Manage client billing data and ensure accuracy across systems.
Perform daily reconciliations in SAP, Billing Systems, and Control Logs.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Technology.
1+ years in corporate support, internships, or accounts receivable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience in AI solutions (e.g., Alteryx or Python) is required.
Strong urgency, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain strong relationships with internal/external contacts.
