Hi All, I'm currently recruiting for and Accounting Clerk in Raleigh NC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proofing and editing electronic payroll records
Processing AP invoices
New Hire paperwork for all employee and light HR duties
Creating labor reports and analysis
Materials inventory reconciliations
Farms system administrative duties
Various accounting and general administrative tasks
Perform other job-related duties as needed or directed
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook
Strong knowledge of Excel
Excellent organization and communication skills
Multi-tasking
Very detail oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
Ability to travel between Raleigh, NC, and Labelle, FL is required as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Two to three years' accounting experience preferred
