Large plaintiff litigation law firm in Century City is seeking client intake specialists to join their team! This is a temp to hire opportunity that pay's $24-$26.50/hour DOE. Upon hire the salary is from $55K-$58K depending on how well you perform. We are seeking candidates that come from call center settings, receptionists in a law firm setting, and has excellent phone etiqutte. Requirements for large plaintiff litigation law firm:
Call center or receptionist experience from a law firm setting (high volume)
Client soft skills, excellent phone etiquette, and tech savvy.
Follows clear directions, does not get distracted, and ability to be agile.
Attention to detail with a sense of accountability in their output.
Must have a bachelors degree*
Bi-Lingual Spanish speaking is a plus, but not a requirement.
Salesforce or other CRM experience preferred!
