In the role of a Clinician, your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group sessions, all grounded in evidence-based practices. Central to this position is the management of a caseload, where you will systematically identify the therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs of each client.
Am I Qualified?
Master's degree in a Human Services field.
At least an Associate licensure, progressing towards or possessing full clinical licensure: LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist).
Possession of a valid Indiana driver's license.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Embrace , understand, and operate under the Recovery Model, including AIDET and the spirit of motivational interviewing (MI), while adhering to established levels of accountability.
Conduct biopsychosocial evaluations (BPSE), integrating team-gathered information to develop integrated diagnostic summaries.
Prepare Clinical Treatment plans based on BPSE and consultation with the treatment team, engaging clients, families, and the team throughout the process.
Manage a caseload, identifying therapeutic, rehabilitative, and case management needs, and collaborate with team members to address these needs.
Perform individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, demonstrating competency.
Provide quality case management services based on client needs.
Monitor client progress and update treatment plans at specified intervals, consulting with clients, families, and the team.
Complete accurate and timely documentation of activities and written reports.
Identify community resources and assist clients in accessing them.
Provide indirect services to external agencies and the community through consultation and education.
Interpret and apply services and billing procedures according to client needs, completing billing with timeliness and accuracy.
Adjust activities and behaviors to ensure age-appropriate care for clients served.
Advocate for clients to ensure access to needed services, including developing community relationships and resources.
Meet agency standards for timely completion of documentation and client service hours.
Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth by actively participating in clinical supervision.
