Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot faults, failures, and deficiencies in Stryker vehicles and perform preventive maintenance checks and services (PMCS).
Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including power-pack (engine, transmission, cooling, fuel, exhaust, driveline, and suspension) using built-in test equipment (BITE), manuals, and applicable tools.
Conduct repairs on sub-systems, components, and line replacement units (LRUs) for Stryker vehicles.
Perform maintenance tasks such as disassembly, replacement, reassembly, and testing of damaged or defective parts.
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems common to Stryker vehicles and complete necessary maintenance forms.
Maintain accountability for tools, test equipment, and property, while promoting teamwork and collaboration in the workplace.
Qualifications:
Experience: 1-3 years of related work experience required.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree preferred.
Other Requirements: Must be a U.S. person and able to obtain and maintain access to military facilities.
Proven ability to troubleshoot systems, read schematics, and identify parts based on vehicle configurations.
Knowledge of turret systems, acronyms, and military terminology is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to complete technical documentation.
Must be willing to travel within the Continental U.S. (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS), as needed.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including working in various environments and adjusting to changing customer work schedules.
