Purpose

To create, develop, implement, and manage web and intranet communication strategies to raise brand awareness, inform internal and external audiences, and achieve business goals. The Content Manager will use content management software (CMS) to post content and analyze user traffic and engagement. They will work across our product portfolio and marketing leaders to enrich our customer-facing online content, focused on supporting a positive ecommerce experience for our customers.

Location: Must be able to be on site as a hybrid remote employee to either our Shelton, CT office or Woburn, MA facility.

Responsibilities


  • Manage web content design, look & feel for storefront pages

  • Work with product managers and marketing to capture product enrichment details

  • Create new, update, or retire product enrichment using an e-commerce visual interface dashboard

  • Manage content across a variety of systems, understanding how to leverage and maximize exposure (eg, search engine optimization)

  • Monitors changes from SAP (sales status by country) that are pushed to website, taking appropriate action across associated web content (new, archive, enrich), aligning with internal stakeholders

  • Manage and update product and category content and Images for website site.

  • QA Analysis Testing/Experience in User QA

  • Create functionality and testing documents for QA environments

  • Bug Reporting

  • Designing a project plan, managing contractors, and monitoring the projects from initiation to deployment phase.

  • Use of tools/ platforms to enrich products on the company website, worked on product descriptions, images, etc.

Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or the sciences

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and Website management

  • Proficient with HTML and web design


  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • A can-do and win-win attitude and ability to multi-task

  • General knowledge of applied, food, services, and/or pharmaceutical businesses is a plus

  • Strong team player, able to work across boundaries

  • Work under pressure and balance multiple priorities

The annualcompensation range for this full-time position is $ 100,000to $140,000. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
