Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Financial Analyst in Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities:

• In this role, the Financial Analyst will focus on accounting transactions required to report and manage receivable and other revenue accounts are completed in a timely and accurate manner


• Work with large amounts of data across multiple systems to identify, reconcile and process vendor issues/corrections


• Perform complex analysis and account reconciliations


• Work with internal partners to review current processes and makes recommendations for process improvements


• Work with business partners to design and implement revenue and reimbursement processes that will avoid future errors


• Analyze complex revenue and receivables accounts and negotiate with suppliers and customers to resolve billing disputes


• Identify root cause of vendor issues and drive escalation


• The Financial Analyst will manage the Master Case Log for tracking


• Work with Business partners on audit income


• Identify areas of automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Large ERP experience


• Experience with SAP is a plus


• Advanced Excel skillset


• Customer focused approach


• High level of communication and ability to work across all levels of an organization


• Strong attention to detail

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
