Your Mission:
As the Parts and Supplies Manager, you will spearhead the development and implementation of innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow our profitable Parts and Supplies sales. You'll lead the charge in enhancing customer loyalty, net margins, and market share-all while fostering an industry-leading team culture.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with Pricing, Purchasing, Marketing, and Sales teams to design and execute sales and marketing strategies that drive performance at both local and corporate levels.
Vendor Partnerships: Build and nurture key vendor relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and programs, ensuring Koch Air remains a leader in Parts and Supplies offerings.
Team Development: Coach and empower our Inside and Outside Sales Teams to become experts in product knowledge and customer service, ensuring they deliver unmatched customer experiences.
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to create industry-leading promotions, advertising campaigns, and incentives that increase sales and brand loyalty.
Innovative Solutions: Identify and introduce new products and services to maintain Koch Air's world-class product lineup.
Operational Excellence: Partner with Residential Sales, Purchasing, Pricing, and Operations teams to optimize inventory, product availability, and overall performance metrics.
