Operations Excellence Intern (Hybrid - Columbia, SC)

The Operations Excellence Intern will be a part of the Operations Excellence team working across various business functions to help improve processes across the Bank.

What you'll do

• Support the coordination of AgFirst's Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Operations Excellence Program
• Setup, support, and lead meetings with various stakeholders at the Bank
• Assist management with data collection and analytics
• Track the phases of multiple projects and report on that status through management dashboards
• Develop management dashboards to track the various metrics of the LSS Operations Excellence Program
• Maintain LSS SharePoint site with updated documents and site permissions

What you'll need

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Finance
• Students who have gone through LSS training and completed an LSS project are preferred
