Lead project teams and collaborate effectively with team members to strategize and implement Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics solutions
Provide and evangelize best-in-class documentation and enablement, conducting highly customized, hands-on training sessions
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the fundamental importance of clean data to empower successful digital marketing initiatives, in support of larger business objectives
Ensure client expectations are met and results are delivered, articulating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Exemplify excellent consulting skills, diplomacy, and effective messaging, mentoring team members in the same vein
Adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to overcome technical and business challenges
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience working in an agency environment
3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Tags (formerly called Adobe Launch)
1+ years of experience working with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics certifications are a plus
Exposure to Adobe Real-Time CDP and Adobe Target is an added advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
