Current Need:
The Sr. Director of Data Strategy & Innovation will be responsible for developing and executing a forward-thinking data strategy that transforms how the organization utilizes data to drive business outcomes. This role will focus on modernizing data architecture, implementing advanced analytics, and fostering a culture of innovation through data driven decisions making. This role will play a critical role in aligning data initiatives with broader business objectives, ensuring that data is a key enabler of innovation, customer insights, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Execution:
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and drives innovation across the organization
Lead the modernization of data architecture, ensuring that data systems are scalable, secure, and capable of supporting advanced analytics.
Innovation through Data:
Foster a culture of innovation by enabling data driven decision making and empowering teams to utilize data in new ways while maintaining compliance standards
Advanced Analytics & Business Intelligence:
Lead the implementation of advanced analytics and business intelligence tools that provide actionable insights, drive efficiencies, and support strategic decision-making
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure data initiatives are aligned with business needs and deliver measurable value.
Data Governance & Compliance:
Establish and oversee robust data governance practices to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, lead, and develop high performing data strategy and analytics team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives, particularly in driving cultural shifts towards data driven decision making and modern data practices.
Minimum Requirement:
Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 13+ years in data strategy, analytics, or a related role with demonstrated ability to drive innovation through data AND 6+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation skills.

Strategic Leader: Proven track record of driving change and delivering high-quality results. INSPIRE. LEVERAGE. ADVANCE.
13+ years in data strategy, analytics, or a related role with demonstrated ability to drive innovation through data.
Strong expertise in modern data architecture, advanced analytics, and business intelligence.
Experience leading data transformation initiatives within complex organizations.
Excellent leadership and team development skills, with a passion for fostering innovation and continuous learning.
Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and data protection regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
