We have an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Talent Investment and Culture team! As Engagement & Recognition Program Coordinator, you'll positively impact the work that KinderCare is doing around employee and family engagement in the field and across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Align to the organization and team's strategies, goals and objectives, adapting to change.

  • Organize and maintain project and program archives for our Engagement Program.

  • Audit, track, and maintain relevant resources and tools; make appropriate updates or adjustments to our content library.

  • Oversee the Engagement inbox, responding to routine requests and flagging those that need specific follow-up from someone else.

  • Pull, upload, and/or distribute reports.

  • Handle engagement platform access, including user updates and usage questions.

  • Maintain a consistent data delivery process with vendors, including creating and handling reports.

  • Organize, track, and distribute engagement action plan data to our learning management system on a monthly basis.

  • Provide support and quality assurance for engagement survey user experience and results data.

  • Manage recognition platform administration and inbox.

  • Assist with Events & Family Chats.

  • Place and track orders for materials, submit approved invoices, prepare and distribute shipping lists, respond to tracking requests, handle additional/re-ships.

  • Participate in larger team meetings and support event prep/execution as needed. Form effective and collaborative relationships with internal partners.

Qualifications


  • H.S. Diploma and 2-4 years of administrative experience

  • Proficiency in general office software, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written)

  • Effective personal organizational skills

  • Able to work independently

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Can perform functions in a timely manner

  • Prioritizing in a multi-tasking environment

  • Eager to learn!
