Responsibilities

  • Work cases created by our call center and FLOS teams to resolve various fraud and non-fraud issues with BOL orders. Contact customers to help locate missing orders.
  • Process refunds/replacements for BOL orders.
  • Support business and servicing request through the Order Management and Special Handling inboxes.
  • Manage customer outreach for issues affecting multiple BOL customers; i.e. inventory outages.
  • Process undeliverable BOL orders. Work with internal contacts for card vendors to rectify packaging/mailing issues.
  • Handle special projects as necessary


Qualifications



  • Must have demonstrated strong communication (written and oral), organizational, and time-management skill
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks while working independently, as well as, interact well with others.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel knowledge required.
  • Must possess a strong work ethic and dependability a must.
  • Must be able to pass background and credit check in accordance with InComm’s certification requirements.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
