Job Title: Workday HCM Report Writer (Learning Platform)


Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Report Writer with a focus on HCM. The ideal candidate will have advanced report writing experience, including composite reports, and be proficient in dashboard and discovery board creation. This senior resource will also have strong experience in Workday Learning, including setting up talent pools, launching campaigns, and conducting learning research.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced and composite reports in Workday.


• Create and manage dashboards and discovery boards.


• Set up talent pools and launch learning campaigns in Workday Learning.


• Conduct learning research to support organizational goals.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Workday Reporting and Workday Learning.


• Strong HCM focus; finance experience is a plus.


• Proficiency in advanced and composite report writing.


• Experience with dashboards and discovery boards.


• Agile experience is a plus.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in finance-related reporting.


• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
