Incident Commander: Manage customer-impacting incidents, from technical resolution to communication and engagement.
Resolution Owner: Own incident resolution, keeping users informed of status and expected availability.
Ticket Master: Update ticket resolution status and details in the ticket management system(s).
User Responder: Respond to user requests and queries, providing timely and accurate assistance.
Escalation Expert: Escalate incidents to Level 2/3 development teams or appropriate support teams as needed, with thorough summary analysis.
Knowledgebase Curator: Update the knowledgebase with support information, including known errors and solutions.
Data Clarifier: Provide clarifications on data issues identified in the application, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications:
SQL Savvy: Working knowledge of SQL Server or equivalent.
Independent Thinker: Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills.
Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Large-Scale Operator: Experience operating in a large-scale environment.
Best Practices Advocate: Exhibit best practices, follow standards, and present suggestions while remaining flexible and open.
SDLC Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of different SDLC methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile.

.NET or Java Pro: Professional experience with the .NET framework (C#, ASP.NET, XML) or Java.
Performance Analyst: Experience in performance analysis and tuning JVM-based services.
Scripting Skills: Professional experience with scripting languages like PowerShell and Python.
TFS Expert: Knowledge of TFS to manage an Agile development lifecycle.
Financial Industry Experience: Experience in the financial industry and a regulatory and compliance environment preferred.
Monitoring Master: Familiarity with large-scale system monitoring and alerting frameworks.
Cloud Connoisseur: Expertise in utilizing cloud infrastructure such as Azure and AWS.
