Judge Healthcare is currently seeking a Physician to serve as Site Director for an Occupational Health Clinic/Urgent Care Clinic!
Job Summary:
Our Center Medical Directors play a crucial role as part of our dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring exceptional patient care and efficient center operations. This position provides a unique opportunity to make a difference by leading and impacting the health of America's workforce.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8 AM-5 PM (no nights, call, weekends, and holidays off!)
Work Environment:
100% Outpatient
Occupational Medicine/Workplace Health/Employee Health Focused
Collaboration with On-Site Physical Therapy Department
OnSite Digital X-ray
Robust front & back office support team
Collaborate with Center Operations Director & Center Physical Therapy Director
Responsibilities:
Patient Care / Clinical Outcomes:
Spend 90% of time in the center, providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
Focus on people development through mentoring, training, and developing clinical staff and colleagues.
Execute daily effective and optimal patient care management.
Ensure optimal execution of clinical model playbook and identify indicators for clinical improvement, while maintaining accurate records/billing.
Establish an appropriate treatment environment in compliance with State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC Regulations.
Proficiency in procedures such as splinting and suturing.
Qualifications:
Board Certification/Eligibility highly preferred.
Occupational Medicine, Family medicine, urgent care, or Emergency medicine experience preferred, but willing to train otherwise qualified candidates.
