Prepare and review quarterly (10-Q) and annual (10-K) financial statements filed with the SEC, including support workpapers for internal and external audit review.
Support other external reporting requirements, such as annual proxy statements, quarterly earnings releases, and supplemental slides.
Participate in XBRL tagging efforts.
Support quarterly global balance sheet analytics, working closely with global business segment leaders.
Manage certain global corporate accounting processes; record journal entries to reflect current period activity.
Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
Assist with other projects and initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
CPA required (or CPA in progress).
Prior work experience at a Big Four or regional accounting firm is a plus.
Prior work experience at one or more SEC registrants with international operations preferred.
Experience performing accounting/financial reporting disclosure research in Intelligize or similar tools.
Experience with OneStream or other consolidation tools is a plus.
