Job Description:







Baker Tilly has an exciting opportunity available for a Lead IT Engineerto join their Enterprise Technology team! This established team is directly responsible for the technology development, operations and support of our firm!

You will be successful in this role if:




  • You have experience in M365, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and PowerShell






  • Expertise in AD GPO, SCCM, Autopilot, Microsoft Graph, and Entra Conditional Access






  • Have a strong understanding of Citrix VDI and Application Deployment strategy





Responsibilities:




  • Lead the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 services with a heavy focus on Intune and Entra ID.






  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and enhance operational efficiency.






  • Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory Group Policies (AD GPO).






  • Deploy and manage systems using SCCM and Microsoft Autopilot.






  • Utilize Microsoft Graph API for advanced reporting and automation.






  • Implement and manage Conditional Access policies in Entra.






  • Oversee Citrix VDI environments and develop comprehensive application deployment strategies.






  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of M365 services with other enterprise systems.






  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.






  • Ability to conduct a system analysis on both new and existing applications and propose solutions based on set application requirements.






  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in M365 administration.





Qualifications:




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.






  • Minimum of 3 years experience in managing and administering Microsoft 365 environments.






  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, and PowerShell.






  • Experience with AD Group Policy Objects (GPO).






  • Knowledge of SCCM, Microsoft Autopilot, and Microsoft Graph API.






  • Familiarity with Entra Conditional Access policies.






  • Strong understanding of Citrix VDI and application deployment strategies.






  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.






  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.






  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.






  • Preferred: Microsoft Certifications - Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent certification.






  • Preferred: Understanding of other Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.






  • Preferred: Understanding of network and security principles related to M365 services.




The compensation range for this role is $67,060 to $145,310. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
