<div><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">This role requires being onsite at our Bloomington, MN location.<br><br>As a Virtual Sales Supervisor, you'll work remotely as you help a team our virtual store provide excellent customer experiences via phone, video or chat. You'll provide leadership including making key process and policy decisions as well as implementing and enforcing operational processes You'll also provide great employee experiences, including development and performance management.
