E ssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
Independently manage small projects and support large, cross-divisional initiatives.
Thrive under pressure, effectively handling multiple deadlines.
Monitor and report on key project metrics, including expenditures vs. budget, progress vs. schedule, and quality measures.
Identify and promptly communicate project or scheduling issues to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years in project coordination or management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong ability to communicate effectively both in-person and online.
Excellent writing, documentation, presentation, and speaking abilities.
Exceptional coordination, organization, and logistical skills.
Familiarity with project management techniques and terminology.
High accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Capability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and take on new responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
Familiarity with MS Project and Visio.

Salary Information
$25.70 - $32.00 per hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
