Job Description:



As an Accounts Receivables Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments and maintaining financial records. You will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable ledger, performing account reconciliations, and collaborating with various departments to resolve any discrepancies.



Key Responsibilities:



- Process and post incoming payments accurately and efficiently using 10-key entry.


- Maintain and update accounts receivable records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.


- Generate and send out invoices and payment reminders to customers.


- Reconcile accounts receivable discrepancies and provide solutions in a timely manner.


- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries related to billing and payments.


- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.


- Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications with customers.



Qualifications:



- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in accounting or finance is a plus.


- Proven experience in accounts receivable, preferably within a manufacturing environment.


- Proficient in 10-key data entry and comfortable using accounting software.


- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.


- Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and practices.



Salary: $20-$24 Hourly
