We are seeking a skilled Front Office Medical Scheduler to join our team in Santa Ana. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical terminology and experience working in a healthcare setting such as a doctor's office, lab, hospital, or medical office.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments efficiently
Manage phone calls and patient inquiries in a professional manner
Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations
Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of medical terminology
Flexibility with hours during the week to accommodate patient needs
Experience in a healthcare environment (doctor's office, lab, hospital, or medical office)
Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday with occasional flexibility required to stay later when patients are still in the office.
Compensation:
$21-22 per hour, depending on experience
