Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Administrative & Event Coordinator to support an environmental planning company.


Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm


Location: Foster City, CA


Length: Temporary - 6 month Assignment


Pay: $24-$34/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative Assistant functions for high level managers. Serve on various internal project teams and committees. Facilitate operations of the Engineering department. Assist in coordination of deliverables for Engineering department. Assist in general administration for branch offices. Scanning and printing of various file types, including documents and blueprints. Plan, coordinate, and attend company sponsored social events. Plan and coordinate company presence at industry related events. Phone line coverage, mail, ordering supplies, scheduling conference room meetings, ordering lunch for meetings. Provide as needed support for Marketing department. Other general administrative duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant is preferred. Previous experience in corporate event planning and event coordination is preferred. Excellent verbal and written skills. Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, Zooms, Microsoft Teams. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Good attendance is a must. Attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills toward effective collaboration and client services. Intermediate computer skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
