The Strategic Alliance Manager role will support the Advanced Therapeutics OEM Segment and be an integral participant in enhancing the customer experience throughout the engagement process. Are you ready to engage with and lead cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding customer service, while developing and implementing long-term partnerships in this rapidly growing market?



Responsibilities:



Business Development:


  • Screen incoming queries for scale, therapeutic development stage, and business needs related to supply, quality, and regulatory terms.


  • Progress valid opportunities to provide the company's Advanced Therapeutics product portfolio, and/or services to customers manufacturing a variety of therapeutic modalities.


  • Lead and influence the outcome of negotiations to build mutually beneficial business frameworks with strategic partners. Coordinate and ensure maximum situation awareness with cross-functional teams (including legal, manufacturing, quality assurance, regulatory, product management, R&D, etc.) throughout the contract process and in a timely manner.


  • Coordinate and maintain current Commercial Supply Agreements in the contract management system, and share contractual obligations with all internal partners (Client Services, Project Managers, Customer Service).


  • Verify (as requested) the alignment of price quotations, terms of sale, delivery dates, and price increases according to the guidelines of the supply agreement.


  • Be an active participant in solving customer challenges.


  • Keep a close eye on industry trends, market trends, emerging technology and competitor strategies to advance business priorities.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in chemical or life science.


  • 5+ years of relevant customer facing or business development experience, including identification & validation of strategic product supply opportunities in the life sciences field.


  • Proven track record of relevant completed contracts (please submit Deal Sheet with application).


  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.



Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced degree and/or MBA.


  • Project management experience.


  • Contract negotiation experience.


  • Advanced knowledge of emerging therapeutic technologies and manufacturing processes in regulated markets.
