Job Summary | The division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology is seeking a Nurse Navigator. The major job responsibilities are Care Coordination, Quality Service and Outcomes Management, Education, Customer Service and Professional Development. The Nurse Navigator will work with the patient and members of the clinical care team to help “navigate” their way to timely and quality care and to assist in overcoming any barriers to care. |
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities | The ideal candidate will possess working knowledge of electronic health records for inpatient/outpatient. Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office applications is encouraged. |
