The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for Pieper Electric in order to win work, attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role will manage a marketing team and work closely with other departments to ensure all marketing activities align with company objectives.

• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and press releases.
