A Fortune 200 company is looking for an experienced accountant to join their compensation accounting team. As a Senior Accountant, you will handle a variety of accounting, financial planning, analysis, and reporting duties pertaining to employee compensation. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the month-end close process.
Produce financial statements and analyze variances.
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages.
Assist in financial analysis and budgeting duties.
Aid in both internal and external audit processes.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
4+ years of general ledger or public accounting experience.
Thorough understanding of GAAP and SOX compliance.
CPA is preferred.
