Nucleic Acid Workflow Development Leaders for Cytiva follow the molecules from pre-clinical to commercialization providing expert workflow knowledge to optimize customer processes across their workflow. The Workflow Development Leader's focus is to identify, win design-in and follow molecules from pre-clinical to commercialization providing expert workflow knowledge to key customers' process steps. This is accomplished by proactively identifying and qualifying specification opportunities, positioning Danaher technologies and capabilities, and directing technical specialists and Account Manager for assigned territories. Enhancing customer efficiency, achieving both customer and Cytiva goals. Territory: Northeast USA


This position is part of the Genomic Medicine division located globally and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.





What you'll do:



  • Accountable for expert workflow knowledge to optimize customer processes with Cytiva solutions and expertise.

  • Achievement of Business Unit Sales Targets via direct sales activity with customers and partnering with Account Managers and core account team.

  • Achieve design-in targets by seeding and collaborating with cross functional teams to implement portfolio by workflows.

  • Collaborate with Sales Specialists, and Field Application Specialists to provide in-depth workflow and technical customer support when appropriate.

  • Builds deep customer relationships with technical & modality relevant stakeholders through effective communication, aligning and meeting expectations, seeking insights, and demonstrating deep cus


   Who you are:



  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in biotechnology, life sciences, or a relevant field.

  • 3 plus years of biomanufacturing or commercial experience must be from the Biotechnology industry.

  • Ability to prioritize options and translate intentions into plans and sustainable outcomes.

  • Strategically seeks, understands, and evaluates data in selecting the best options to pursue.

  • Genomic Medicine business market knowledge, with the ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits.



It Would be a plus if you also possess experience in:



  • Sales techniques include cross-selling, upselling, value positions, workflow selling, and funnel management.

  • QlikSense or Sales Force.

  • DBS growth tools.

The salary range $90,000 - $125,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.



This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
