We are currently recruiting for a Team Leader in HSC, 2nd shift 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday - Friday. in HSC. In this role, you will lead a group of production operators to ensure that production schedules and quality standards are met, with little to no supervision. This role is also responsible for supporting operations, promoting the system, and leading change.

What you will do in the position:

  • Acts as a liaison between the supervisor and work team in regard to daily activities and Leader Standard Work.
  • Identifies operation problems (i.e. equipment, process bottlenecks, manpower, documents, etc.) and potential personnel and/or production problems and reports them to Supervisor.
  • Trains unit personnel on methods and procedures, and process flow used in production.
  • Monitors the flow of work through the team area.
  • Maintains good 5S housekeeping and safety standards.
  • Performs audits and ensures compliance with ESD and Company’s Workmanship Standards.
  • Checks accuracy of transactions completed by the work team.
  • Maintains adequate and accurate inventory of assembly parts and supplies.
  • Assembles, Reworks, and/or Reassembles Products.
  • Verifies accuracy of instruction documents before start of work (i.e. schematics, assembly drawings, bills of materials, etc.).
  • Checks work for accuracy, quality, and conformance to specifications.
  • Completes data entry moves as required.
  • Completes material transactions and routes items to the indicated inventory location.

What you will need to succeed in this position:

  • Strong understanding of all manufacturing processes, equipment, and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to train/help others learn processes.
  • Leadership skills, problem-solving skills, and analytical skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • 3+ years Related experience
  • AA Degree (2 Years College)- Preferred

Pay Range: $22.00/hour - $29.37/hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role. This may vary depending on experience and other factors. Our benefits package includes tuition reimbursement; 3 weeks paid vacation your first year, paid holidays, medical, vision and dental coverage, pet insurance, life insurance, and 401K contributions.
