Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst IV in Reston, VA.

Key Tasks:

• Responsible for leading the functional requirements gathering with stakeholders; The candidate works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs; Identifies relevant design, process, and specification issue


• Create user stories, acceptance criteria and participate in scrum ceremonies


• Work with product and technology teams to determine data requirements, business data implementation approaches, best practices for advanced data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies


• As a Business Analyst IV, you will present information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand


• Identify opportunities for product improvements, as well as collect feedback from team and provide recommendations


• Develop communication and outreach materials for internal and external audiences

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 10 years of relevant experience


• Experience with database modeling, mapping, and system interface documents


• Experience writing and understanding data rules


• Experience performing user acceptance testing and story acceptance


• Experience gathering accurate information to explain concepts and answer critical questions


• Experience with Salesforce


• Experience using JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence


• Strong Excel skills, SQL, and relational database knowledge


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Desire to be working with data and helping businesses make better data driven decisions

Preferred Experience:

• Fannie Mae Multifamily knowledge is good to have

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
